I am very passionate about customer service cause i believe it makes or breaks the organisation. The survival of an organisation i believe is its people both staff and customers.Having researched a bit on the various blogs out here in Nigeria, i realised there was little or no blogs talking about companies and how they treat their customers.Hence my decision to start a blog exposing the good and bad customer service strategies and approach off the various organisations in Nigeria. 
Consumer Watchdog writes articles and reviews on customer service practices by companies, both private and public. It also investigates viewers' reports of problematic experiences with traders, retailers, and other companies in Nigeria. It's aim is to change the awareness consumers have of their purchasing rights and in changing policies of companies, closing down businesses, and pushing for law changes.
